A PARTIR DEL 1/1/2013, SU EMPRESA RECIBIRÁ DE LA TESORERÍA UNA CARTA POR LA QUE SE LE EXIGE QUE, EN EL PLAZO DE UN MES DESDE LA RECEPCIÓN, TENDRÁ QUE SOLICITAR EL CERTIFICADO DIGITAL A TRAVÉS DE LA PÁGINA DE LA FNMT ( http://www.cert.fnmt.es/index.php?cha=cit&sec=4&lang=es&lang=es )

CON EL CÓDIGO QUE SE DEBERÁ IMPRIMIR, SE ACERCARÁ A LA AGENCIA TRIBUTARIA A FIRMAR PERSONALMENTE, EL/LA TITULAR O EL ADMINISTRADOR/A, LA SOLICITUD DEL CERTIFICADO. 

EN EL CASO DE SOCIEDADES MERCANTILES, DEBERÁ APORTARSE NECESARIAMENTE UN CERTIFICADO EMITIDO POR EL REGISTRO MERCANTIL DONDE CONSTE EL CARGO DE ADMINISTRADOR/ES (TIENE UN COSTE APROXIMADO DE 25€)

UNA VEZ SE HAYA PRESENTADO EL/LA TITULAR O EL/LA ADMINISTRADOR/A EN LA AGENCIA TRIBUTARIA, RECIBIRÁ EN EL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO QUE HAYA INDICADO EN LA SOLICITUD, UN ENLACE PARA QUE EL CERTIFICADO DIGITAL QUEDE INSTALADO EN EL ORDENADOR DE LA EMPRESA.

CON ESTE CERTIFICADO INSTALADO, DEBERÁ ENTRAR EN EL SIGUIENTE ENLACE ( https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/Sede_1/MiSedeElectronica/index.htm ), PARA DARSE DE ALTA EN LA COMUNICACIÓN TELEMÁTICA OBLIGATORIA DE TESORERÍA. 

SE PRETENDE, CON ELLO, QUE NO HAYA COMUNICACIÓN NINGUNA EN PAPEL, SIENDO DE OBLIGADO CUMPLIMIENTO.
